4. Put Together the Scooter

1.Take out the scooter body, unfold the arm-brace (see Figure 1); take out the seat cushion, align the male plug in the seat cushion with the female plug in the supporting rod (see Figure 2) and buckle in the button placement.

2.Open the quick-release on the supporting rod (see Figure 3), align the groove in the seat cushion with the convex slot in the supporting rod (see Figure 4), and fasten the quick-release. When adjust height, open the quick-release first and adjust the seat cushion to the proper Remote controls height and then fasten the quick-release.

There are risks of riding or driving any vehicle. S8 is no exception. Please make sure this manual is read through and fully understood before initial use. And be cautious when riding.

Important Note:

1. Sharp acceleration or deceleration or speeding via overly leaning forward or backward are strictly forbidden.

2. Do not care about the vehicle if there is an emergency. Safety goes first.

Attention:

1. Do wear helmet, gloves, elbow/knee pads or other necessary protection gears.

2. Do not ride S8 on rough or bumpy surfaces, such as muddy or gravel roads.

3. Do not ride S8 on slopes of over 15°gradient.

4. Do not allow children under 15 or the aged above 60 to ride S8.

5. Drunk or drug riding S6 is prohibited.

6. Do not ride S8 in extremely cold winter.

7. Do not ride S8 in the rain.

8. Do keep slow speed when riding S8 on slopes.

9. Do not ride S8 in other unadvised situations caused by either personal or objective reasons.

10. This product might be limited to use on private road (check the regulations in force in the territory of use). We recommend using suitable protective equipment.

Open the cover near the charging port, connect the charger plug to charge. In charge, it is red and it will turn green after it is fully charged.

You need lots of practice to grasp the skill before you ride the scooter safely. If you are not skilled, or fail to follow the user guide of this product, it may cause rider or the third part physical injury or property loss. Our company only takes the responsibility for product defects or damage, and we are NOT responsible for physical injury or property loss related with using products.

7. Safety Guidelines and Riding Etiquettes

1.Please understand and comply with local traffic regulations when riding.

2. Please ride in a civilized way to ensure the safety of yourself and people around you.

3. Respect othersr ’ight to use the road. When passing through the pedestrian, riders should slow down and warn the walkers, it is better to pass through from the left. When the riders and walker are face to face, it is better to keep on the right and lower speed.

4. Keep a safe distance from other mars rovers, please don't ride side by side.

5.Do not ride in the bad light condition, if necessary, please reduce the speed, remain vigilant, and use the external driving lights to ensure a good vision.

6.Please keep your body relax when riding.

8. Get Started

1. Check the scooter to make sure everything is normal and then fold up the arm-brace.

2. Turn on the main power switch and press ‘A’ key. Hear the "beep" prompt tone and S6 enters into power state.

3. Step on the pedal slightly and after hear the "beep" sound, S6 is ready to be ridden and maintain balance. Then riders can ride it.

11. Warranty

Please properly keep the warranty card and purchase invoices as after-sales credential.

S8 will provide the following after-sales services providing not damaged by the user.

After-sales Service

1. The electric scooter will be maintained for one year, except the batteries and consumable items.

2. We can maintain the battery and charger for half year; since tires belong to consumable material one month is provided for maintenance.

Following circumstances are not included in the free repairing scope.

1.Malfunction is cause by users who are not in accordance with the provisions of the operation instruction handbook to use, maintain and adjust.

2. Damage and failure is caused by users’ self-refit, self-repair and without compliance with application regulations

3. Failure is caused by user improper safekeeping or accidents.

4. There is no warranty card and invoice or discrepancy between the vehicle and the card.

5. The appearance damage after using does not belong to the warranty scope.

6. Self-demolition piece used is excluded form Operation Manual.

7. Damage is caused by long time riding in the rain and soaking in water.
